The annual New Zealand Tasting takes places on Monday 30th January 2012. Febvre are delighted to have Barbara Lawson from Lawsons Dry Hills and Warren Adamson from Craggy Range over to showcase their great wines. Deutz Classic Non Vintage Champagne has just scored 90 points in the November 2011 issue of Wine Spectator.

There’s an aromatic floral note to the flavors of apricot, ripe apple, smoky mineral, kumquat and lemon zest in this firm bubbly, which is finegrained and balanced, with a lively, moderate finish
