The story began in the sunny Languedoc Roussillon region, in the South of France. Two wine lovers joined forces to create Pierre Chavin, a wine merchant with the ambition of revolutionising wine tasting and offering a selection of unique and surprising wines.
Fabien Gross, an experienced oenologist currently working towards the prestigious distinction of Master of Wine, combined his expertise with Mathilde Boulachin, a marketing expert with an international outlook thanks to a career that has taken her from the United States to Spain and Sweden.
The two hedonists are paying close attention to a wide range of markets and are always on the lookout for the next big innovation. The range of alcohol free wines , Pierre Chavin’s iconic products, is the result of Mathilde’s two back to back pregnancies where, including breastfeeding, she had to resign herself to 4 years without a drop of alcohol. Owing to her love of the terroir and the wines from where she grew up, she decided to create a high quality and complex wine with 0% alcohol. It required a great deal of research and dedication to turn her dream into a reality. Much more than just a range of alcohol free wines, is a range of premium products with aromas and flavours that will win over even the most discerning of consumers.
