From the dynamic Monte del Fra in the heart of the Bianca di Custoza wine region, this is a lightly aromatic dry wine made up of Italian grape varietals. 40% Garganega, 20% Trebbiano Toscano, 20% Cortese and 10% Chardonnday-Riesling Italico-Malvasia. It has citrus notes with a touch of almonds on the finish. Works well as an aperitif, with fish/shellfish and creamy pasta dishes. -
