77 Built on the foundations of an old cistercian farm dating from the XII century, this Bordeaux style manor, constructed in 1870, is the work of architect Cassien-Bernard. The vineyard flourishes on the alluvial terraces of the Orbieu river. During the summer, the heat stored up during the day by the pebbles is released at night, thus prolonging the ripening of grapes. The half-buried winery matures the Château Villenouvette Corbiere at an optimal temperature. Château Villenouvette The Cave (wine-cellar) de Pomérols was founded in 1932. The vineyards are planted on sun-drenched hillsides in the coastal region called “costières” - hence their name - situated between the garrigue and the Etang de Thau. The soil, mainly clay and limestone, is perfect for producing high-quality Picpoul de Pinet. Costieres de Pomerols L A N G U E D O C L A N G U E D O C
