Christian Drouot from Champagne in France manages the Food Division. He spent two years in Catering College in France earning his CAP and BEP qualifications. He then worked as a Chef in the Alps & Corsica. He arrived to Ireland when he was eighteen and worked as part of the original team of Restaurant Patrick Guilbauds for several years. He also worked as Head Chef and Hotel Manager of Tinakilly House in Wicklow. He then opened his own Food Importation and Distribution business and joined up with Febvre to develop their Food section. He also has the WSET Advanced qualification in wine and spirits.
